Shipping fees to you and back to Silver Muse are not refundable. The item purchased must be in a new, unused and unblemished condition so that it may be re-sold as a new piece of jewelry. In addition, you must contact SilverMuseArt@gmail.com within 24 hours of the tracking information showing delivered. Once the returned piece is in our hands and it is deemed re-sellable, the refund will be made minus fees.
There is no refund on custom made items.
If you paid sales tax in your order, this complicates refunds and causes a tricky return policy. In this case, a gift card may be issued (minus the restocking fee) or a separate restocking fee must be paid by invoice before the original refund can be processed.
