Return Policy

We try to provide sufficient images from many angles so you know what you're getting. If for some reason you do not want what you ordered, you can request to have STORE CREDIT of the full balance minus the shipping fee. This will not expire. There are NO REFUNDS. Shipping fees to you are not refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the amount Silver Muse paid to ship your item will not be refunded.

The item purchased must be in a new, unused and unblemished condition so that it may be re-sold as a new piece of jewelry. In addition, you must contact SilverMuseArt@gmail.com within 24 hours of the tracking information showing delivered. Return tracking information must be provided to us through email to show the item is on its way and moving through the USPS or UPS system within 5 days of receipt. If these steps are not covered, a return will not be accepted.

Once the piece is in our hands and it is deemed re-sellable, store credit will be made/issued minus fees.

There is no refund on custom made items or on cabochons, nor store credit.

Damaged items in transit: If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, do not discard the shipping box. You will need to contact Route, the company you purchased shipping insurance from at checkout. They will handle everything for you quickly. If you opted out of shipping insurance, then your package was not insured and cannot be refunded. This includes lost packages. Silver Muse is not liable or responsible for lost or damaged mail. Selecting Route insurance at checkout is highly recommended.
