We try to provide sufficient images from many angles so you know what you're getting. If for some reason you do not want what you ordered, there will be a 15% restocking fee (which covers fees Silver Muse loses in the transaction). Shipping fees to you are not refundable. If you would prefer a lower restocking fee of 10%, you may request a gift card instead of a refund. Gift cards do not expire.
The item purchased must be in a new, unused and unblemished condition so that it may be re-sold as a new piece of jewelry. In addition, you must contact SilverMuseArt@gmail.com within 24 hours of the tracking information showing delivered. Return tracking information must be provided to us through email to show the item is on its way and moving through the USPS or UPS system within 5 days of receipt. If these steps are not covered, refunds are not accepted.
Once the returned piece is in our hands and it is deemed re-sellable, the refund will be made minus fees.
There is no refund on custom made items.
If you paid sales tax in your order, this complicates refunds and causes a tricky return policy. In this case, a gift card may be issued (minus the restocking fee) or a separate restocking fee must be paid by invoice before the original refund can be processed.
How to use the Self Serve Returns Portal:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the
refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. 1. Log in to your account: 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then
click Continue. 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store
and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit
verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items
that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping,
then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a
return shipping label. After the product is returned, you
receive a refund.
Cleaning the jewelry...
I recommend using Sunshine or Moonshine polishing cloths or Pro Polish Pads. Do not use dips to clean your jewelry. Dips can remove oxidation (the darkening that is supposed to be there), so a soft cleaning cloth (included with each order) will wipe away the tarnish while preserving the intended oxidation.
Harsh chemicals like chlorine (and shocked swimming pools), bleach, and sulfuric water will blacken silver and ruin stones. You can always clean real silver. If your jewelry has stones in it, try as best as possible to avoid any liquid chemicals (especially in swimming pools), heavy sweating, manual labor, or dropping the piece as this can damage the stone and possibly the silver. I cannot fix broken stones.
Please be sure about what size you wear before ordering. If you are unsure, you can order a ring sizer or you can check at a jewelry store. Wide band rings typically fit 1/4 to 1/2 a size bigger than a regular band ring. I cannot resize rings so please be sure before ordering.
Chain length: Please measure appropriate drop length plus the size of the pendant. I try to always include measurements in each listing. If you need to return a chain or a necklace for a different length chain, you will be responsible for shipping to and from me.
